Which headlight bulb have you installed now ? I was not able to find the normal philips 60/55 bulb in all the car accessories shop I asked, they only stock the crystal vision sort of bulbs which are available only in pairs, costing 800-1000.

However the Halonix 60/55 bulbs were available.

Kawasaki Bajaj Eliminator came with Philips 60/55 bulb as oem fitment for the headlight.
Was Rs 160/- or more in 2001 and i was too glad to pick up a few and keep them for later.
Philips 60/55 was there in the catalogue but a rarity in Indian market- only 100/90 available and that too with quite some difficulty then.

Check with a Bajaj authorised workshop- they may have some still.

Pulsars and Avengers definitely use cheaper options imho.

Hmm... is it that hard to source 55/60 Phillips bulbs there? These are available (P43T type) off the shelf in most shops here. My Bullet has a Phillips halogen.

For lighting , if you use a yezdi dome , then try the OSRAM silverstar or even the Halonix+60 which is 60/55W. Very good bulb - 110 bucks I think.

It's not an RD carb Pradeep. So don't bother with anything at this moment. And you haven't yet told me the diameter of the venturi.
