I have already contacted Honda through a form on their website. Also, did take very stern stand i the morning there - I have got my insurance cover note and he has promised me to give a proper invoice (electricity problem is still there) and registration number by tomorrow. Let's see.

not surprised.. when i had contacted honda about my very serious issues with activa & dealership woes, they had never bothered to reply and many others have also said that company does not respond and even when it does basically directs back to dealer

Boss,

Have some patience. Just make sure you get your bike in the best condition. Thereafter, you can change A.S.S - do speak to pune xbhpians - many would know HMSI contacts.

And please, mototune the bike. The regular unscientific method is FUD at best.

Well, I got proper invoice, RTO registration number and all that yesterday evening. The guy had kept it ready - a bit stern tone helped. All is well now!!!

I have read about mototune - but not comfortable ripping my bike before run-in period. I'd rather stick to Honda Unicorn manual; which I find extremely well documented and very helpful!
