Ya man, its kinda sad we dont get the bikes at their rates.... Hopefully one day, all this would change.. but when??!!

lol GTO. It used to hurt, but now I'm immune to this! As you know, I bought my mint condition GSXF600 in the US for the equivalent of Rs.80,000. That's the price of a friggin Bullet which is a 50 year old design!

But, gotto make the best of the given situation.

P.s. we are getting our revenge by exporting the Bullet and now the Pulsar for ridiculous prices

It's really heart breaking when u see the Bike for Sale section in that forum..
I'l be like ya, it were in India, at that rate it would sell before even he would start to mention the mods he's done.....

i would take a old CB 600 hornet compared to a newer 400, infact any older 600 without a fearing would be better than a newer 400, as in faster and where the looks are concerned, an un faired bike does not look that bad

That true, bikes without fairing looks neat compared to a fully faired bike considering the bike is more that 5years old
Naked bikes looks better any day.

Well, the oldest hornet you could find would probably be a '98-'99 model. That doesn't make it very old! And hornet's are rare finds in India. I've only ever seen 2 in Bombay, both 250's. One grey with the half fairing and another blue one.

im selling my car back in the states in june or so...prolly gonna get between 17k-20k dollars for it..then commin to india for school...gonna use the money to buy some sports bike..still not sure what to get though...just need somethin nice for commuting, but still hot for the weekends car or bike, car or bike..decisions decsions, lol.

But if u get 20K dollars.. It'l be Rs.9,00,00(assuming $1 = Rs45).... And if u hav all the money for u'r bike.. U'l get the newest bike and can choose for the best one.... Wow....
