Ya, I'd like to read that as this article says that the 14 was given a few more bhp's than the earlier versions.

just go on to youtube dude. Do the search. Aint a big secret so no point in discussing. 14R faster on a straight line. Busa quicker on turns. Take your pick. Either way both are killer machines. So owning either is an awesome feeling.

Thanks for the pics karizma fan.Was just wondering.Is it not the 08 model busa that they have launched.Because I think that colour combination does not come on the 09 model.

That is the gold/black scheme you see, not the orange/black.

Well i had a little chat with the distributors/importers of the bike.they are in delhi for the launch.
what they state is that they have had a lengthy arguement over the bike's prices.and are really dissapointed over the same.

turns out suzuki want to cash in on the hype that the bikes will have in the initial period as well as the busa being hyped as the "DHOOM" bike.

And a price cut is expected as soon as the initial hype mellows down.take it as around 6 months.
I've decided to go in for it only after 6 months.and if the prices don't go down then i'll buy the regular import for less than 10 lakhs.on road prices in mumbai are now close to 14.5 lakhs.too much.absolutely highway robbery i must add.

Slightly off topic:
When does Suzuki or its Jap cousins bring something in the 250-800cc range?
When is the damm 800cc rule going to be changed to something like reasonable like 250cc?
What can we do to help make a change in the rule?
