Right now i don't have any plans, but a stage 1 cam with this carb should be good enough for some fast touring. The TM32 has made a big difference so the need is not as urgent as before.

Impossible..
It's in hibernation now...to balance the funds. Ofcourse a hot cam, higher comp and a light port job is in the radar.

Sankar , you have got one hell of a killer setup there. A couple of questions though. Hope you can help.

* Where can I procure a Mikuni TM32 in Maharashtra? Also what is the difference between the TM & TMS? I am guessing you have a TMS32 on your ZMA.

* Can you suggest a compatible Green Cotton filter for the setup?

* How much performance gain and mileage drop should I expect?

* What is a stage 1 cam? What all does it include and where can I procure the same?

* How much will the whole setup cost?

I know my queries are noobish, but when it comes to mods, I am a total nOOb! Would appreciate the help!

Thanks,

BuBoo.

i malcom.

Till date is beleive that your Red karizma was one of the most cool looking Karizma's around.

i also had plans to get a Karizma once. and the color scheme i had in mind was black bike with Pearl white Tank and White Wheels with Red pin strip.

Hi Malcolm nice bike
With stock everything the best performance was 130 (iirc, scrolling back would help) mains and a UNI panel air filter inside the air box. Automech exhaust i had was restricitve at the top end, it improved the low end torque a bit.

I did plan to do something simillar as you have done & i bought myself a 2005 Karizma.. the bike is being restored to stock currently.(needed a few new things.)
1.OEM bore/piston kit
2.OEM chain/sprocket kit
3.OEM front shock inner pipes

now that the bike is almost ready, i plan to start tinkering with it.Need help in getting the jets for the stock carb...
