dinar, I'm looking only for the visor the headlight part is just fine. If i get the original decals then I'll opt for a repaint job, I'll do that only of i can retain the original look... and this ignition rattle is driving me up the wall.

I'v noticed it only when riding... and that too not at all speeds/RPMs. Let me try tommorrow to rev it on stand and see...

If you do not get it anywhere,you can get that part made from any of the guys who make acrylic stuff like frames and decorative items. Couple of us had got some different patterns made for our bike when we were trying new headlight unit on our bike. Those guys do a pretty good job.
As for the original decal, forget it you won't find it any where, there were after market stuff for some time [different colors], if your really interested get the design made on computer and get it printed on vinyl.
As for the ringing sound is it the same problem what Racoon mentions?

and others who are all looking for shogun spares, i think you can get the spares in aditya auto spares P Ltd, coimbatore

if want to confirm, please enquire with them, their phone numbers are

0422- 4322777

it may busy for sometime, since the shop is always busy, but try again, you can get what you needed.

Gave it a small burst when in neutral... and yes, the noise did emanate, but again it seems to happen only at higher RPS. Some kinda resonance, I guess?! :(

thanks guys for the leads... I'm going to pursue it soon.. hey a friend tried using x-ray film between the bolts on the ignition and he said it worked... but guess what? his tank lock started the Buzz he said the ignition buzz was better !!
