Congrats on the new fit!! Looks neat!!

Just one thing!! Do you really need that tank cover mate?? It spoils the paint job and makes the ride look odd!! No offense .. just my view!!

You are right, I hate that too. But I have no choice to carry simple items, There is no tool box like in other RE bikes, even a single piece of paper can not be accommodated in the bike anywhere. The tool box it has only looks good, the bike is impractical to carry anything other than two people - even during any urgent situation. There is no place to keep the copy of the Bike papers.

I am forced to use my Wife's scooter for any street end shopping. :-(

I found a TB with a net kind of stuff, But it was ugly looking with dirt in it.

Shot these at Marine Drive last Sunday. An English guy also stopped by to take some pics of the cafes.

@ Gordon: Hey cool pics gordon!! You are one person who keeps the bike absolutely sparkling mate!!! Hats off!!!

@ Benny: For local shopping ya you don't have space.

Just a suggestion, you can put the papers in the right hand side cover for the airfilter box. Put all the papers in proper plastic bag so that they don't get wet, and jus keep them between the airfilter box and the side case. I've had mine there for years.

hi,

if you can see the pictures i had posted in the early pages of the thread you can have an idea of bigger tank. And you can't just go buy bigger tanks mate. You'll have to either use your existing tank or get some other tank and cut it into two and then add the extra metal and blow it up. Any thing around 20-22ltrs shld look decent.

Get it from these guys, they'll ship you the tank. Buy it unfinished and do your own painting that will be better.

Look outside Bangalore, Blore outskirts or at Mysore. Prices would be sensible there.
