now that you got time for pics, can we have closeup of Engine & h/l assy ? Looks good. Hows the Avl-Ci combo performing & what do you do with all those old parts

@bhasma

Once a while I get second thoughts on buying the RE Classic for which I am waiting for the past 4 looong months. (Should I cancel and go for a Harley?) Then someone like you will post some ravishing pictures of the Classic- front view, side view, Rear view, leaning view, Sunshine view, Sepia view.... wow wow wow

Now all my second thought, third thought and fourth thought is vanished. Only thought is "When can I lay my hands on her??"

Congrats on the C5, Bhasma. Ride safe

Thanks shan2129 and stnair.

@stnair :Infact I wanted to buy a Harley as well.Its my childhood dream.( I am still gonna buy one after 4-5 yrs)But then came news that RE were going to launch the c5 in India. The bike looked awesome and parents were happy too.They'd rather get me a 1.3L C5 than a 7L Harley.so that seemed more practical and I went for it.

I'd say go for it. It won't let you down.

Ya Nair Don't worry too much man. Just buy the ride and enjoy. It is fun to drive. And RE is doing R&D on the users, so by the time you get yours it should have fewer niggles as well.

Bhasma nice pics man. My ride is sure due some nice pics. I will have to find some good location near Mumbai and take pics.

C'mon Rahul,

We have so many good locations in Mumbai. We have the Worli-Bandra Sea Link, End of Nariman Point, Malabar Hill, Marine Drive and the list just goes on.

I can get along my camera and we can shoot some pics on Sat/Sun Morning if you wish.

Do give it some serious thought and hoping to see your bike on board soon.

OT but do you think when RE is finished with their R&D on us,our bikes will be made part of the changes too? Their's talk of new swingarm and air filter.We should get those too.

I am from Manipal and stuck in Mumbai for two months and without my Bull. Would love to head out with your beauties. Desperately need to be around some thumping

As for bhasma's C5 - please go thru the 4100 km user review thread. Looks like C5's are not very well finished when it comes to the frame joints. You might want to do something about that given that your frame would meet water very soon around HP when you take her into the snowy hills.

Awesome bikes!!
