I too had tuned for 40kmpl mileage.my opin is if you can ,get it tuned to have to use its power.30-35 is a good band.

TBTS is easy to ride like any other bike, Its almost trouble free (some issues, but very minor). But the RE is rhythm and beat is missing totally. To me it sounds like the old diesel one.

I will not change much for an year, what I really need is better sound. I am going to change that silencer (RE doesn't have one for the TBTS in stock and the convention silencer can not be used), will be fixing the short one.

TBTS is for those who like to ride an RE bike, But not for those who have passion for it. May be first time buyers would like it much.

good to hear that your bike returns you 40 KMPH but its hard to beleive as yours is a 500 or 535 buts its good if it is just make sure its not running too lean you may face a engine seize.

Hi,
Dwarak from Bangalore. I own 500 cc classic of 2006 model. done 24,000 kms sofar. Bike has done ladakh ride in 2008 june along with 2 4s Electras. Stock vehicle , except fitted short silence. Introduced off roading on bullets to Royal Knights Bangalore

That really is a good looking bike.Would have been better if it came with the normal Front Fender (Mudguard).!.!

Nice ride.Do you get the thump as in the old Thunderbird or is it softer still.
Did not get a chance to ride one yet..
