That "pulsar with polio" sure is a Hero Puch 3-G (3-speed manual gear - - as opposed to a 2-speed version that was available earlier to it). Have fond memories of using one all over Ahmedabad in the mid-'90s.

Contraption indeed. Your sensibilities seem to be quite, quite offended by this PwP.

The plastic side cladding next to the engine was a little different.
