Regarding Royal Enfield 1962 model KIT
Today i came accross this information through net. Royal enfield 1962 model like kit is availabe. I enquired about that the cost of the full which has mentioned in the advetisement is Rs15000/-. If you take only basic things like mudguard,numberplate and seatplate then it will cost Rs 6000/-.

mudgaurd with number plate mounted on it,along with three
stays,rear mudgaurd with a fitting,rear number plate(small
sized),seat plate(small sized),air filter body(round
shaped),speedometer(smith),heavy duty silencer(army
type),wheel rims fitted with one sided hubs,solid brass
emblems for tank,side tool boxes and for front and rear
mudgaurds.Over all the bike will have an appeal which will
seldom go unnoticed.I assure you that.Once again you can

This seems to be too much.
delhi prices are some thing like this
Mudguards: 2000 (Includes the front Number plate)
Reat Number plate : 150-200
Seat plate: 200
Airfilter Box: 200
Smiths Replica: 500
Exaust and the D shape Bend: 900
Tool Boxes customer made: 1000
and other nicks and nacks would add up a little bit more like the hubs and all.
so if the parts are all painted then its would be a good price, but if not then you would be better off getting parts separate.
all the above prices are rough prices to what i paid when i got my bike done last year.
note that Original Smiths are very rare. and they would cost you a bomb.
