The best filter I feel for an RX is the stock for a daily use basis. It provides quick acceleration and smooth power band.

Nice pic of the bike but we cant see the clutch problem in the pic can we. ha ha

Hey scaryskull. Parts have become more rare than ever. 10k no chance you'll get all the stuff you mentioned. I just picked up a cylinder for 8k day before yesterday. Head is not available anywhere in India. The 4 speed heads have to be shaved off to match the compression of a 5-speed. Gearboxes are available but again as rare as finding a live chicken in a crocodile enclosure.

sigh !! Hahaha, good one speedfreak but help me out somebody, pleaseeee. I am caught in a dilemma as to what necessary action I must take, I cant go around doing a trial and error with all the parts because of my financial constraints.

if you dont mind coming to my nick of the woods i can ask my mechanic too take a look.. he is a specialist in two strokes and RX's specially..

I stay very far away from JP nagar i suppose thats where you stay. I am put up at Banaswadi.
