Default Bar End Mirror

As for the seat, I am working on another seat with a fixed cowl. This seat may be a bit higher than the one I have. As I mentioned before, I'm getting a Biltwel clubman bar and bar end mirrors like the ones below, so I will definitely need rearsets

Hitchcock's rearsets cost around USD400. So I'm going to try to make my own. Lets see how it works out. (Gordon and V12 - any technical advice you can offer is appreciated).

My rear indicators are too large and need to be replaced, but perhaps not with the enfield ones. Guys, I'm not going for any kind of historical accuracy here - cafe racers have always been 'parts bin specials' - that's what makes each one unique.

Anyone have ideas on engine / performance mods for this bike? It's already got a shaved the head, 18T sprocket, flatslide carb and freeflow exhaust. Any other ideas?
hi 500modder nice work done on RE.Here i made this bar end mirror for my bike. Its very easy to make.Have a look on it may be it can help you.

thetjatt, nice seat. I like the white piping. What profile is the rear tyre on your bike? If its around 100/90-19, did you have to do any modifications to the swingarm?

Cleanly done Chanderjeet. Love it. Did you source the mirror from Hitchcocks? The tank and seat are from Royal Motorcycles, right?

Mirrors are from an old R60/6. Tank and Seat were done by a local talent.
And yup, a good friend of mine has picked up this sweet ride from me.

next project, enfield flat track racer.

Hey guys I have made some new mods.

- installed an oil cooler.
- bar end mirrors from enfield usa
- rearsets (local job)
- changed the exhaust to another goldstar-type (this one's got glass wool).

Still to be done (this monsoon):

Installing a high-compression piston and some cams.

The jetting/fueling on my flat slide carb seems to be a bit off too. So I'll be tinkering with that after the piston work gets done.

Modifying the rear-subframe to get the seat in line with the tank. Need to get rid of some minor crash damage from a weekend Lonavla ride

Will post pics in a while.

Nice looking bike Chanderjeet. Any other cafe 'racers' out there? Would like to hear from people who have done more than handlebar / seat / exhaust pipe mods.
