Project is flowing smoothly.

Update: Goldstar silencer on the new project AND on the red ECR have been upswept. All three Enfield Cafe Racers now have the same stance.

Hi all,
The clubman type handlebar of the bike has turned out to be a little tilted towards the right and needs correction. The bike pics will be up after the chrome plating of the silencer and rearsets.

Cheers.

P.S. Thanks to v12 for suggesting us the colour.

This thread has been quiet for sometime. The Goldstars have been chromeplated. Can't yettttt show the bike since the gear rearset is still pending; its currently working on a temporary lever. Anyways, here is a pic of the red bike with its upswept Goldstar.

Glad to announce after a long time, rearsets are complete and work well! Got the knack of it, will have to ride for sometime and test it out.

I'm impressed with the rearsets, they've seriously come out very well. The levers are made by us and we have used bearings to make it super smooth. Both sides: brake and gears work perfectly! They have gone for chromeplating. They will be back by Saturday, and if it isn't raining I'll try getting some good shots of the bike and the various parts. The Goldstar silencer plating for this bike hasn't come so well since we tried a different chrome-plater. Will get that sorted out after the rains.

The rear is a Dunlop Monster 130/80-18 I guess. More detailed pics once the rains have subsided. These pics are before the rear sets were installed.

Pic before the silencer was chromed.

In terms of rearsets and the rear tyre, yes its the best. The rearsets can be installed on any other 4s Enfield. Rearsets are designed only for single-seater bikes. No place for pillion pegs.

The rearsets include:
- New kick lever
- Two footpegs
- Footpeg Brackets
- Chromeplated Fabricated Levers
- Ball Bearings
- Brake and Gear Rods
- Gear Lever Cam
- Three Cotter Pins

Please do not ask for prices as of yet. Its quite pricey though.

Parts pending are:

- Grips (for installing bar-end weights)
- Bar-end Weights
- BSA Minda Taillight
- Tighten all bolts
- Left rear footpeg rubber missing (to be replaced)

The bike is having a lot of rust issues. The bike is not going to be used in the rains because of this. The bike was completed and delivered minus the rear taillight. Rear taillight bracket, mounting and wiring is pending.

The above checklist shall be done by the owner at his local mechanic. Also the Goldstar silencer needs to be chromeplated again.

So once he gets that done and the weather is clear, we'll have some nice pictures.
