I own a Honda Shine. Its done 25000 kms. I want to change the rear tyre. Even though its a MRF Zapper 2.75in (Zapper Y i think); braking in rain is a scary business as well as emergency braking. The front end is a 2.75 but holds well. Part of the problem is due to the poor design of the tyre, the center section of the tire has no grooves.
Should I change to a 2.75in zapper C/moto D? or go for a 3in tyre? Kindly advice and will I need to change the rim for the 3in tyre?

3" Moto D should do the job.
