honda x4

was driving around in bandra when i came across a honda x4 , silver colour bike .
definately not a common bike here . don't know much about it except that its a 1200 cc bike . for those who haven't seen it , its a superb looking naked bike . have clicked a few pictures from my phone which i 'll try and transfer to a fellow bhpians phone who could possibly post them soon .
according to me there is one more black x4 that was owned by farhan azmi (owner of koyla) .
and yes not to forget , called a fellow bhpian to tell him about the bike when i saw it , and apparently the alchohol made him ask me " whats that ? "

hey manson saw a honda x4 on display in meenaksi motors a new sbk shop in new bombay , they also had a brand new fireblade and a 400 rr ..took this pic from my fone.

Anyways, this bike is a regular at Colaba, ridden by an old dude. Pretty wicked looking muscle bike.

Dude Manson! This bike is owned by a guy who stays at Dadar Shivaji park.have seen it couple of times over ther.I agree to your statement that its an awesome piece of metal.Its got the presense.The fat rear reminds me of the V-Max.Ya tell me aint it?The bike is parked exactly the lane next to the petrol pump at shivaji park (main-road).

hey its a 1300cc bike based on the cb 1300. not a 1200cc.
"X4 suggests an undiluted dose of steroids, with a massive DOHC 16-valve 1298 CC inline four "
lovely bike for a cruise..one of those which can be used daily as an ordinary bike. superb comfort but yet zoooms at the twist of the throttle

i was always under the impression that the x 4 was a 400 cc as the x 11 i think is powered by the 1100 cc engine of the blackbird , lol . bt then a few months someone thankfully cleared this misconception .

anyways iceman any clue on the bhp this thing produces and isn't this an inline four ?

yeah its a inline four ..saw four pipes coming out of the engine..it had a 4-2 exhaust.
