I'm not sure there is one or many things wrong the bike or pictures taken.
Firstly, man whats with the backgrounds? Those backgrounds wouldn't sell R1s for crying out loud.
All those things in white are not going with the overall look and feel of the bike.

Just what I noticed ( with the superb background)!
The finish looks good, but the white rims stand out. Kinda out of place.

I would advice anyone I know (or not know) for the matter to stay away from this. You can clearly see the welded swingarm, you want to risk your life for this guy's mechanic's competence? Didn't think so.

Looked very good to me till I saw, what you have pointed out, very good observation, and you are right, this may just look good and not actually be good for the bike.

welded swingarm and bad job at that. not a seller for sure. He'd have done that to accommodate the wider alloys else I don't see a point.
nice observation there.

Well I noticed it at first sight, I also saw that it has a fake disc in the front which is totally killing the dynamics by adding unsprung weight. The wide tire is again in no way helping. All and all a very shoddy mechanical and paint job. The guy totally ruined the bike and should be punished with 50 lashes.

Get some good looking stickers on the fairing. I loved the yellow ring on the rear tyre. What stopped you from getting one on the front ?
