Out of the options you listed i would opt for OSRAM Nightbreaker. Philips Xtreme Power +80 provides good lighting too. Stay away from bluish beam if you're looking for visibility and not cool factor.

Thanx for all the suggestions guys. I am definitely looking for the performance/usability and not the cool factor. I tour a lot on my bike and therefore good light is anytime more imp for me than the looks. Earlier I had tried 35W halonix blue/white light bulbs. They looked uber cool but when it came to usability they were total crap. So switched back to the stock ones.
