Harley announced the specific models to be sold in India, as well as the pricing. Here are the details from the press release, broken up according to the 5 families of bikes :

All prices are ex-showroom New Delhi :

Sportster:
XL 883L Sportster - 6.95L
XL 1200N Nightster - 9.95L
XL 883R Roadster - 7.50L
XR 1200X - 11.95L

Dyna:
FXDB Street Bob - 13.95L
FXDC Super Glide Custom - 15.45L

Vrsc:
VRSCDX Night Rod Special - 18.95L

Softail:
FLSTF Fat Boy - 18.45L
FLSTC Heritage Softail Classic - 19.45L

Touring:
FLHR Road King - 20.45L
FLHX Street Glide - 21.95L
FLHTCUSE Ultra Classic Electra Glide (CVO) - 34.95L

  • Bookings will be open from April 2010
  • Dealerships to be announced in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chandigarh.
  • Delivery of motorcycles from June 2010 onwards.

There was a really nicely modified Enfield 350 on display at the HMCI stall.

I got a chance to meet the owner / modifier who let me take a few close-up pics.

Rajputana Customs is the name. Based out of Jaipur, run by Vijay Singh - who recently returned from college in Canada (where he studied something totally unrelated to automobile design) - came back and made this.

I agree, the puny 17" wheels totally kill it. Looks like a big guy with skinny legs.

Exclamation no Suzuki Superbikes @ expo ?

Was wondering is Suzuki is showcasin its 2010 line up of SBK's ?
Lookin forward to see the 2010 busa..

Wow, they don't come frequently. Good cafe racers are rare to see. Love the tank, seat and rearsets. But absolutely NO points for the highly-mounted clip-ons, taillight unit.

Yes, they are planning to launch it and launch it by 2012.

This bike is not from TVS. It is actually a TM imported from Italy. Check out TM Racing MX 250 F - 2009# for the true picture.
