@ fz rider: yes, you were right, yamaha really is pretty serious about customer service and its image, even got a letter from the divisional service manager today..
@ amit: ill try it out..
And thanks guys for all your inputs and support, infact i had sent a link of this thread to yamaha which is what gave weightage to the complaint...
