Thanks one n all for your valuable suggestions. This weekend I got myself a 2003 Rx135 4-speed, maroon color, single owner, 28k kms on odo. Paid 28k and I changed few things which costed me 2k more. Over n all very neat bike and am happy with the purchase.

Congrats!! I think it is a very good price for RX-135.

My relative told me that there is a great demand for his Rx100 which has been abused by his staff, someone offered him 40k recently.

Rx100 do command a very good resale value in the used market buddy.

Wow! Good choice finally. Pleae post some pics. I too have RX135 4 speed 1998 and would be restoring it in the coming months.

Drive safe and wear a helmet.

Congrats! Very lucky to find a bike in neat condition, price notwithstanding. Do post some pictures.

What did you have to change? Is it brakes?

Thank You Raju, Will surely post the pics, I had to change the lock set, battery, Handle bar to suit my style of driving and did the complete oil service.

That was quick!! Congrats on obtaining the beauty Good choice or a pure city commuter. Do check the brakes and ensure they are fine and do not need a change. Its good you have got the lubricants changed.

Thanks Abhinav, the break shoes and the tires are brand new. So nothing to worry about them as of now.
