Default Re: My Yamaha RXG 135 - Facelift & Performance modifications

One question sir.

The taping or the covering on the bend pipe, is that for black look or to get more bassy sound from the chamber. ?

I have this dilemma for a long time now weather to go for the chambers or not, they sure do enhance the performance by all means but the high db tinny sound that comes out of the bike is really irritating to me as i am used to the bassy cat-con sound.

Is there a way to make the sound more prominently deeper. (like for example a lot of bullet owners put a rubber on the muffler to get that sound.)
