Based on the facts like Crysta's pricing, Fortuner as a CKD, Toyota's pricing strategy, new taxes etc, I doubt we get it in 35L on road. My guess is around 40L on-road for the base model.
Toyota will still have a large queue of people will be waiting for it. :-)
