Default Body Work, Painting & Polishing - Anshumaanh (Cochin)

The name is spelt in a very unique way, complete with 2 fullstops - some numerology biz that the owner mentioned and I am not clued up about.
I have been a customer of theirs for the past 4 years or so.
Services Offered -

Painting
Polishing
Tinkering work.
Cleaning of interiors.

What I like -
Quality of work.
Reasonable cost (Minor dents and paint jobs have been done at a fraction of the cost quoted by the Honda Service Centre).
They are able to deliver when they promise.

What I don't like -
The approach road is pretty moon-like.
The premises are a bit cramped.

They are located just off the Thammanam-Pullepady Road (near the small bridge before the turn off to the stadium when you go from Kathrikadavu).

Google Map -

Ph: 6411549, 9847600104.

Website - http://www.anshumaanh.in/about.html
Name of Owner - Rajendran Ambady - 9847435898

Any idea if they offer the services you mentioned for mercs/audis/bmws too? Also, are you aware of any other workshops in Kochi which provide the same?

PS: Please upload some pics of the work done on your car, if you have them. Thanks in advance.

Yes - they offer these services for the high end cars too. Minor dent repair, patchwork, painting and polishing would definitely be ok IMO.
As for workshops that offer major wok on MErcs, Beemers etc - I believe Mustang Motors are pretty reputed. Have heard of people taking their expensive cars there. This is the link -

Carnation has a branch in Cochin near Kundanoor and I think they offer a complete range of services for all makes.

Mustang motors, Kochi is insanely expensive.
They can arrange spares for any imports directly from the middle east though, but will charge a fortune.

Thanks Jeeva. Like I mentioned, I know of Mustang Motors only from others. Have no first hand experience there but mentioned it only because 275BHP asked for places in Cochin handling Beemers etc.
I can vouch for A.nshumaan though.

Not to hijack this tread. Thanks for sharing details about this body-shop wilful.

I have done painting for my car' bumper at Mercury Cars, Nettoor. They do a great job. And I have seen many expensive Germans like X6, Passat etc. over there for work. Moreover, it is run by a lady who came across as very transparent and genuine.

More details here: http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/other-...rs-cochin.html (Body and Paint shop - Mercury Cars, Cochin)

Any recent feedback on this shop?

I am looking for a really good body and paint shop in Cochin to do a full dent repair and repaint of my 2010 Ritz ZXi (Pearl Blue Blaze colour).

It was the first car my wife and I bought, and we brought both our kids home in it.

Although it got battered and bruised in the 60,000 km / 6.5 years it lived in different parts of the country (Gurgaon, Bangalore, Cochin) with dents / scratches on almost every panel, I wish to bring it back to factory-fresh condition.

Not sure whether this post is coming too late.

Marvel does a good job. https://goo.gl/maps/bYAmK1XqBUJ2

Mercury is not like before and the work is shoddy now. And I have no idea about Anshumaanh.

Anshumaanh is worse than Mercury. (based on my past experience, don't have any recent info)

Is Marvel Motors expensive than Mercury?
