1) Jet Java - my uncle had one, back in the late 80's which he sold off, used to be waiting to go to Mysore to have a ride on it.
2) RD 350 - my dream bike which i plan to buy once i am back to Bangalore particular the HT.
3) Millecento - as this was the car i learnt driving in and share a huge bonding with it. We did not own it but a friend in belgaum owned it, and his driver you to let us teach me to drive when i was 10yrs old.

Hello Sonu Bhai,

I know its long time since no updates on the milli. I agree this restoration is got slow due to weather and festivals. The work has gone slow but now I bet it will pick up from now on, body tinkering completed and very happy with the outcome, just few pics which i took last weekend. Almost the body work has completed along with denting and hope to start the paint job next week.

Congratulations Saleem that there is progress on your car as well. I can see the rear panel where bumper is fitted has a patch and then in the last picture there is a all new panel what is the matter, have you decided to replace the entire stuff ? if in that case I request to re think it over. If in case the rear panel is rusted badly then consider changing the entire piece if not work on the rusted area only for the reason the new sheets are not good to withstand the rust like the original ones apart from that the strength is also different.

What are those welding marks around the head lamp well ? is the entire tinkering completed ? How about the painting stuff for the car ? when is that starting, what about the anti rust process below the car, inside the cabin etc. All the very best to you and am sure this baby will come up bright and shiny as you SS80.

Pictures aren't sufficient, you need to click more, how about the mechanical side ? like to see pictures of the engine bay. Before heading to paint booth check weather all the cosmetics fit properly and right.

Good news that the work is nearing completion, however as you posted there are few minor work to be done up so all the best for that. I see you need to do something about the rust taking up on the car, don't let the sheet metal to be exposed to weather, ask painter to apply yellow oxide inside out till then.

So what next once the complete denting is done. Try option of some new shade rather the same old black/pastel blue etc, think innovative and let's have a Millecento which looks, feel different ..at least for once, what do you say Beetle boy?

Finally some updates from my side on my milli after moving it to the next garage. I hope now the work takes on a fast phase after the denting job has been completed 80%.
Will not talk more lets the pics say.Sorry about the clarity as the pics are taken from my cell.

Hope to get more clear pic on the weekend and more updates.
