I think I need to narrate a similar issue faced by me.

The flow rate is very important to be maintained in a cooling system, the kind of engines that I look for had a similar issue but nowhere we can measure the flow, however the system pressure was way below the specification, leading to failure of valve seat inserts and eventually the engine being out of service.
