This probably is the SUPER SPORT, compare it with this picture.

The PL 170s are a strange machine. Not particularly attractive, tiny, and Im sure no fun to ride. However I suppose its beauty lies in its ugliness. They too are fast dissapearing, and still dont command any premium. No harm in picking one up at this point when they are affordable and dont occupy any space.

I find these scooters quite attractive, probably just because they are unique (and also I get quite a few smiles from pretty girls ). My scooter is mechanically sound. I managed to get original new pistons and the engine has been completely overhauled. The problem with this scoot is the electricals. At least my scooter is quite fun to ride around the block, not powerful for a 100cc but still fun.

Suren: If I can also stand in the que behind Karl for those grips

The mudguard could be original, just "trimmed" around the edges a little- it was common for people to do this with Lambrettas.
But the horn grille on the "nose" should be a smaller, round one, not the pear-shaped one as on the later (API) lambrettas.

Not sure of PVX- I've read about a PX model, which seems to be a later model.

Not sure ram......I've seen a few such scooters but always thought they were PL 170s with LML headsets fitted.
