Spotted this Fiat at my garage. Tried hard, but couldnt track the owner. Mechanic would let me know in a couple of days. By the way, this garage is shared by 3 different mechanics, so it hadnt come to my mechanic for repair.

^^ Karthik, as soon as I saw this pic, I mis-judged this car with the 137D which I spotted near commissioner office today. Unfortunately the number of both the car also is almost a match. Have a look at the picture, ignore the spelling mistake of Diesel though.

Hi Karthik Makam. This car is always parked on the main road next to the ground near Murthy's Garage. I remember this car very well as it's number totals to 9!

Quality of color and paintjob skill/finish of Jeff's Padmini is really very good. It is comparable to same of Punto. Is it original paint sourced from FIAT showroom or Nerolac/Duco ?

^^ Hello Narendra Sir, Jeff's car is painted with DUPONT. Jeff had a childhood dream of owning a modified Fiat. So when he bought his first Fiat, he modified it just as he wanted to.

He now owns almost half a dozen Fiats. One original imported Delight too - MEO 99!

The car looks well finished Congratulations to him.

If only that bullbar/guard was removed and instead fit the chrome Stone Guards, that Padmini would turn into a killer Hotrod.

Just ask Jeff to try that combo once.

GURU

Those Taillights are so damn hard to find.

What about this car, is it up for sale? Is the FCB adopting the car?

Guys, If that car owner takes half a day in his life, this car can get back to what it was originally at birth, My heart goes out for this car.

I don't want to boast FCB, but to a certain extent FCB is responsible and these days I find people considering Padmini too as a collectible. Genuine owners too have realized that a Padmini is definitely a car worth keeping.

You are right Chetu.

FCB prime motive is to help Fiatians in maintaining their Fiats, assist them in buying spares etc. MEETs and RALLY are conduction to bring awareness among general public and not just for fun or timepass. There are many other ways to have fun.

All the members of FCB have known us either through personal meet or they have googled about us and have reached us and mainly after seeing our rally on road or in news. It gives us real satisfaction when we receive mails like seen below.

Screen shot of one such mail that FCB received on Club Email id. He got to know about FCB by seeing our Club logo on a pristine Padmini!:
