I had been to Ooty recently, and saw this beauty being restored. Amazing restoration work underprogress...

Ah, the genuine 1st gen Topolino...sparking a string of successes for Fiat's small car buisness. I must say the restoration is progressing positively...

One of the best chassis restorations I've ever seen in India!
Was the topolino on a separate chassis like the Herald btw??

I restored my 36 Topolino in 2002 and have the workshop manual.
