The last picture (reg'n ending with 73 is Phantom I #92YC, it has opera lamps on the B posts, vertical bonnet louvres, plain wheel discs etc.. so no doubt about it.
*PG-28-DBW is a Barker with side-lights built into the wing tips. It is either Karim's 70TM or 82RM.

To keep the ball rolling, the blue 25/30 for sale in Delhi is one of 3 identical Thrupp & Maberly limousines currently in India: there's this blue one, a white & garnet red posted on this forum some time ago and an unknown one.
The chassis numbers are GAR71 (ex-Krinani), GGR56 (ex-Lakrawalla & Raman), GHO43 (ex-Nabha & Gill) who can match them with the pictures ?

The white and garnet car used to belong to my uncle's neighbour in Secunderabad, and my cousins have played in it as kids! Here it is snapped at recent rallies, in its earlier black and current combo.

An acquaintance in Bombay also mentioned to me some time back he was restoring a Thrupp and Maberly Rolls, I remember him mentioning it to be a smaller car, I cant recall exactly which. Perhaps it is the third unaccounted for car.

Karlos do you have the name of the person who owned this in Secunderabad? Its obviously not a Hyderabad car as it has a current registration number. Never ever saw this car on road or in rallies. Once Ranjit Malik lived in Secunderabad and had two RR's with him then, possibly this is one?

Ranjit Malik owned PIII, the 20/25HP is GMD45 by Park-Ward, the 25/30HP is GTL30 and the PIII #3CM37 also owned now by Yohan Poonawalla.

Bingo, this was ex Mallick. Im talking at least 10 years back. I have some old photos, I think the other car is also visible next to it, along with a late 70s/80s Caddy.

The white and garnet red 25/30 limousine is owned by Rahul & Asok Shah (according to my friend Yohan Poonawalla) It is definitely a Thrupp& Maberly body, and since Yohan has bought Malik's 25/30, it must be another car.

This won't help with the 25/30 hunt but just out of interest.
One of R. Malik's cars then was definitely a 20/25 saloon as I did the engine for him. This is it with wrong coil, missing HT lead conduit before cosmetics. I wonder where it is now.
I will contact him and request his photo collection I think he will help.

Well lets put it this way - AP 10 D 8044 was positively parked at Mallicks place for a long time. And yes, current owners are the Shahs.

Regarding Yohan's car, are you positive it is a 25/30? Could you share some pictures with us?

Karlos,
That's what Yohan wrote to me anyway. The other option is that Malik owned both 25/30HP.

Hello,

Here are some Indian 20/25. Am I right with information s.a. chassisnumbers given?

#GBJ71 1935 20-25 Thrupp & Maberly Landaulette Maharaja of Baroda
#GLZ17 1933 20-25 Barker Sedanca de Ville Maharaja of Travancore
20-25 Curtained proceeds through a crowd with an armed escort in Jaipur

Thanks, Andre for comment about the Hathoura PII #105MW, info comes from Lawrence Dalton "the Derby Phantoms" page 242 and 298.

Henk
