booking a new innova.. so checked out the systems there were giving and
found out that the Pio DVH 4190DVD costs Rs 12000 Rs/-

Is the set good for that price??

Nice instal in your Spark. I am also on the look out for a new high end headunit for my Swift and by the response on the forum the winners seem to be the Alpine CDA9887, Pioneer P880PRS, Eclipse CD7200MKII & Clarion DXZ785USB.

I had also visited the Woofersetc website but did not see the Clarion listed there. Ive noticed that the price mentioned by you for the same is dirt cheap for such a highend headunit as the prices for the headunits above are nothing below $330 + shipping.

I like the features on the Clarion and would also like to procure the same if possible. Please let me know how you managed to purchase the same and that too at such a low price?

Epic, the lowest price I could see on Ebay is $206 with free US shipping. Have someone from the US carry it for you- it'll still be a sweet deal.

I guess I got the last one available at woofersetc.com and it hasn't been in stock ever since. Infact the DXZ785USB has completely disappeared from all the reliable online stores and only a few refurbished ones remain if you look carefully. You can still get a few at Ebay from lesser known stores. BTW why isnt the Kenwood Excelon in your list? These can be had relatively cheap and are as good or better than the models you have listed. If TA is not needed then you have many more to choose from.

Got the Blaupunkt Hamburg MP57 for around 8.5K last month for my Getz.

AND have asked a friend coming over to get me the Clarion 785. Just received confirmation that he's booked the same and hope to get it here by end of this month. Getting it for $190 (around 9.5K INR).

For those looking at getting it here itself, google clarion india and speak to them. A friend has received a quote of around Rs.14K + CST for the 786.

Guys ,Is there a 2Din system which offers similar features as the Pio DEH-P5190UB? The 2Din's available now don't have the same User interface as that of similar 1din systems!!
