hi guys, any ideas how jvc performance is in terms of the hu avaialble, i am a tight budget and need a hu that has atleast the usb facility.

I am extremly happy with three JVC HUs I have used so far. You can see the picture of my previous JVC HU in Vista (USB & Aux) here

pioneer has SD card slot, buy it if u need that.
Otherwise 6043 is a very nice unit i am using in my punto since 2 months

I have Kenwood 6043u in my Sparky since 2 months, and works fine. Costed me 8.5K with warranty

setup (cant recall all model numbers and specs)
JBL components on the front door 6"
sony (dont remember exactly) 4'' speakers on rear door
JBL 4 channel amp
JBL 1100watt sub in sealed box
Kenny 6043 HU
Installed at autoshop koramangala

The HU is very user friendly with good clarity at all volume levels
HU has independent sub level control, USB , aux,ipod control and all other regular features.
But i find the sealed box too boomy for my liking, may be a ported box would be better i choose the sealed one to save some boot space.
