| i remember being offered one of these for roughly around 4.5 - 5k when i was hunting for a bass tube myself. i didn't like it so much. i settled for a JBL 10" Bass tube.

| Is it something made in Chicago? ![]() Won't it be better to buy some easily available (well known too) stuff for almost similar price?

I have heard about them when I was in Bombay...they are like fake alpines but better than them. good to drive only subs in bridged mode..and power nearly same to pioneer 944. But dont know about the subs.... check out this thread...for post 9 onwards... http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/ask-gu...d-system.html: (Need a Good System))

| @ rockzer: JBL bass tubes are passive; i.e. they DO NOT have an inbuilt amp. @Zak:This was precisely my 1st reaction in the other thread. @ SAM: This is supposed to be a mumbaiya brand, how come LBM is aware and you are not?

I've listened to the JBL CS1204T and it is pretty popular around here. There are Bass tubes from Bazooka, Infinity, etc., which I can't comment on, without listening to them.
