Well here's one of the hottest (at least to me) HUs out this year...

Kenwood KDC-BT7539U

Feature list is nice too... built in Bluetooth, USB etc

Theres also a 6539 which appears to be the same expect Bluetooth and there's a 6039 thats without Bluetooth and USB.

I like!

Hi.
i currently have a pio DEH 7450 HU. can any one tell me is there any HU from pio with similar specs and what would be the cost of it.

back in 2003 feb got it for 11k, now i guess with similar specs the price would be very low.

Got a call from kenwood india stating that they will be available in April through out the dealers as they were launched on 23rd Feb throughout asia.

Just considering my options.

The whole pioneer random issue ("Random Play" and Pioneer HUs) thing has been a serious let down. So let's see. If Kenwood can offer a better product and I can switch without losing too much money, I think I would switch. But as abhibh reports, let's wait till April.

This feature is already in a lot of kenwood HU's. Even my friend 3k Kenwood HU has this feature including Scan play which will play some seconds from each song so u can find the song if you dont know the name.

haha yes its after a lot of R&D by me i have came to the conclusion that i never liked pioneer and will never like it.

And if it wasnt for the R&D the lil FatMama(from rear) SnowFlake will be running paoooooneeer instead of sweet Lucents.

This feature is there in pioneer H.U's with list func also. Veb, learn to use your pio before u start complaining.
