| Distinguished - BHPian   |  Have official pioneer HU prices fallen? A year or so ago, shopping around for Pioneer HU's in TVM yielded prices for the 3090/4090 in the 8~9k range, while the 3050/4050 cost 5~6.5k Last week, Price quotes put the 2150/3150 in the 5.5k~6k price bracket, while 3190's were offered with bill and warranty for 6.5k Have the official prices fallen? Has pioneer started fighting back the grey imports? |

| This is probably good news. but since brands like Pioneer, Clarion & Alpine are now sold officially in India (not sure about Clarion & Alpine), why is that the high end headunits like the P880, DXZ785, 9887, etc sold officially here? Or are they? |

| Recently I enquired entry level HU for my Dad's car and the difference in price between grey and with bill is only Rs. 300 - 400. |
