(36) Governing Law and Arbitration: This Agreement is governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Massachusetts as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Massachusetts. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the www.Team-BHP.com site shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's commercial arbitration rules.
