Hello BHPians, I am planning to drive down to Hogenekkal falls this weekend from Bangalore for a one day trip. But a few friends advised me to first check if the area is open to visitors these days due to high water levels in the river. Does anyone have an idea about the current conditions at Hogenekkal falls? Where can I get this information? Please advise. Thanks!

This is an important question that needs some attention mates. Any place to check if the place is open to the public just before we leave to Hogenakkal?

Not sure if you would want to go to Hogenekkal right now with the cyclonic conditions that are prevailing in and around KA & Maha.be sure about getting some rains.
