Guys,

I tried to search in the forum and not able to find any info on this regard. Appreciate if any of you can guide me. I am planning to take my parents and family to that place.

Friends any updates for me? I am desperately in need of help here.

I heard few rough indications of place i.e. its close to Kalathgiri falls / Kemangundi / Baba Budangiri.

any help / guidance is much appreciated.

I think this is one of those unknown places wherein not many have ventured.

Chikmagalur is the nearest known town and lots of lesser known places to see around Chikmagalur :

Hebbe Falls – Near Kemmangundi - River Sharavathi
Manikyadhara Falls – Near Kemmangundi – River Sharavathi
Kalathgiri Falls. – Near Kemmangundi – River Sharavathi
Shanti falls - Near Kemmangundi
Kadambi Falls - Near Kemmangundi
Sirimane Falls – Near Sringeri
Alekan falls – Near Kottigehara, Charmadi Ghat
Sirimane Falls – Near Kigga, Sringeri

You can even take the Neelamangala- hassan- Belur road, distance is almost the same apprx 250 km.

thanks for that quick inputs, I was really worried as their was no hint about how to reach the place.

Now, I can start digging out more and keep the promise that I made to family. appreciate you help Buddy.

To the OT poster, are you referring Haalurameshwara? Though I have not been there myself, I have heard its near Chitradurga (or Challakere). Please check whether its "All" or "Haalu" (which means MILK in Kannada).

You are right @kshastry, its "HaaluRameshwara" near Chitradurga and very close to Hosadurga.
