IMO
A monsoon pic should have monsoon clouds, like this.

thanks ripper. thats a lovely picture. you have climbed one of the bridges to take pic haven't you? AC road is one of the best scenic driving roads!!

@rippergeo: That is such an inspiring photo!
However, I think the beautiful part of 'monsoon' trips is not only cumulo-nimbus clouds, but also the fast rising cloud formation that takes place all across the land, the fog/mist that suddenly envelops you and simply the utterly clean and washed look that all the flora wears!
