I just took 6 days to explore Goa to see where finally I must decide on a holiday. These 6 days was a hectic search of goa - can say a survey .

I felt south goa was peaceful and also further up from Morjim.

But most activities are around Calangute, baga

No. I ran out of days. But good enough if you do enough research about your kind off places. Do a lot of reading and research in all the threads about Goa here. You can really narrow down.

vagator -- 9 Bar -- trance/electronic music party, its the open , you'll have to ask around for it not easily accessable, but it shuts down at 10 fromm 7.30-8 -- 10.00.
and you get super duper yummy thin crust, a lil too oily pizzas.
Ps-- u ll find a number of people with joints in their hands but no one misbehaves.

And yes dont forget to eat the Pani puri in the Food Street. An Old man makes a nice Pani puri, small puri's though, But yeah you get that with lot of spice with his(old man's) anger too. During my visit, I did get to understand why he was angry all the times.

All boys - reaching on Sunday morning - staying at Karmali somewhere - so will hire bikes and head off!

some places that I have thought are -

1) Sunday night - Titos
2) Monday night - Club Cobana (if its still open)

BTW - where is Hill Top.... do let me know.... everyone except me is going there for the first time

Will be eating either at Suza Lobo's and also Martin's - whats the party scene these days?

Cheers

in other words - will be their guide - 7 of us

I stopped going to Titos. My idea of fun at Goa is to laze all day at the shack and party hard in the evening.
There is a shack called Love Shack on Baga. This has been my regular haunt for the last 5 times that I have visited every December. They don't have a board as such. Owned by a guy called Dominic.
Hill top- again, I am not sure if you would like it, I certainly did. There will not be a single soul in Goa who will not be able to direct you to Hill Top.
OT. Have fun, this needs to be in route and travel queries.

Goa is not a place, it's a state of mind.

Have fun.

Club Cabana closed a couple of years ago and never re-opened.

Try out Mambo's in Baga which is the only nightclub worth going. However, the real action starts only after 11:30pm and mostly on weekends.

Tito's is crap, dont even think of stepping inside. Infact, there are a couple of small time joints next to them which is much more fun than Tito's at a much cheaper price.

You can also try out " Vanilla Lounge" which is bang on beachside, saturdays are good fun there.

Baga is the place to be if your a party animal. Have fun !

+1. Tito's sucks. Too expensive. Bad crowd. Just being on Baga at night is the best party ever. The energy is unbelievable. Don't miss the Saturday night market at Arpora. You don't have to buy anything. The mix of people over there is amazing. There were Germens selling hot dogs, Greek shops with peta and falafel. Awesome.

The CRZ axe has come down on Vanilla, you can try Butter lounge & Mambos but don't walk in with very high expectations.
