I assume you will be driving.

From Vashi to Dadar (W) would be typically 1 hour. Dadar (W) to Mahalaxmi would be another 30 minutes atleast. These timings are for a person who knows mumbai and can navigate on his own. if one is a newbie and first time driver, then this may easily become 2x as well.

If you are starting from Panvel (which is the last point of Navi Mumbai), then you need to add another 45 minutes atleast to reach Dadar.

Say Vashi toll naka > sion approx 15 mins > dadar approx 5 mins. > mahalaxmi approx 10 mins.
NOTE: ALL timings based on commute time after 11:30 pm.
I used to do dadar station to palm beach nerul in 20 - 25 mins for my night shift.

Please add relevant peak hour time traffic time to above,
also note evening return traffic is more than the morning rush hour.

If u can take the train to VT, get off at Byculla and cab it to Mahalaxmi.

Hope this helps, all the best, you will be doing a small distance which will seem, a hell lot more due to traffic.
