@HSV : In almost all your posts you have been earnestly wishing for an auto transmission... be it the Swift, the SX4, and the Getz (if i remember right). Hope some manufacturer takes note of cases like yours.
Till then, continue the pleas.

I'll take the Fiesta 1.6.
Drove it a while ago and fell in love. It has the right combination of looks and power and pleasant interiors. It's pretty comfortable as well.
I have even seen the SX4 only in pictures - better looking than the NHC, but still, looks like a mix of different cars. Can't pass a judgement till I drive one.

Interestingly, I see the Cedia Select is 8.3lacs ex-showroom. ABS/EBD, Alloys, Rear discs, ICE, 115 bhp/18kg on tap, a much bigger car too. Since we are an enthusiast forum, we should options like this...

SX4 for me. I havn't driven one but I think this is going to be a fun to drive vehicle with the solidity to match which has been lacking in all Suzuki products until lately. However I like the Fiesta 1.6 from a pure driving pleasure standpoint so in the likely event that the Fiesta beats the SX4 in driving feel, the peace of mind factor of Maruti service network (which is a great peace of mind once on the highway on a long drive) is enough to offset the deficit towards SX4 (Provided it still offers a good amount of driving pleasure) .

Aveo has no takers here .... not even me although i own an Aveo (i voted for Optra).
Actually Aveo is a poor man's Optra and when u have Optra and SX4 in the poll then its difficuilt to consider Aveo i guess.

Well, mods, the reason for my earlier poll which was deleted, was not to find out what was the most popular choice (as this poll would indicate), but to try and find out which vendor would get most affected by the SX4. There is a swing factor - pre and post the introduction of the SX4. Let me explain
- before the introduction, most of the members had a certain favourite - either the NHC, or the Verna or the Aveo...
- Post the introduction, the poll was intended to see how many people moved camps (from which one) to the SX4..
Anyways...this poll will not indicate that..
