do you need the extra space? If so the magnum works, else the Verna should do well.

It depends on your requirement otherwise all i can say It is no fair competition OPTRA is way bigger and its the car of choice Between the Two if Budget is no constraint

Look at the price tags and features.
Verna is no doubt good car but when it is considered against optra it is certainly overpriced.

Optra magnum any day.
