Arrow Looking for the Best Mod'd CAR

Hey...

Looking around for info on which would be the best CAR (Compact OR Midsize) in INDIA that can take mod's to the max as you can...

CAI
Wheels atleast 16" OR 17" Alloy
Tyres atleast 215 or 225
Body Kits
Some extra Engine Mods
etc...

Any help would be appreciated

Dude, i dunno which Lancer will be able to handle 215 - 225 mm tyres. For that sized tyres, you might want to look at the Mondeo or the Skoda RS.

Those mods will make the Lancer slower than it is now.

Out of the current lot of cars, it would be the vRS, Lancer and....damn...thats sucks, only 2 cars!!!

Maybe the Palio 1.6??

Naa.
Not palio.
15 inchers max.
There are lota of lancer with 205/15 inchers roaming around town..
But with some engine mods, the lancer becomes one of the fastest cars in india.
It is much more stable then citys at 160kmph.

If tyre size is a constraint, 205's could do the job too with the 16" or 17" alloys..

With the above exception...would there be more contendors....?

If you really wanna tune a lancer, you should be ready to do what JD Madan has done.

Rule one, get rid of that stock engine. I don't think you could gain much from that engine, unless you TC it.

for me the car list will be lancer first. octi RS, honda city type 2 and newa accord

yea shan2nu the lancer stock engine is no good. but there r always evo engines on sale. & what better car than a lancer for that? also, the mondeo is an expensive but a good option.

Maybe even Optra and corolla but they do not have a sporty impression about them.
A used mondeo will be perfect however.
