| Distinguished - BHPian ![]() | small car under 10 lacs?? sounds weird.. anyways, if its a small car requirment (under 10 lacs ) i would suggest the Suzuki Swift.. Otherwise a Santro/Wagonr/Zen would be fine.. Palio and Indica not good for lady drivers.. As far as Big car under 10 lacs, Honda city CVT would be a good choice.. hope that helps.. |

| Senior - BHPian | Well, not small exately but do include Optra, Lancer, Accent, City. Since she's pretty new to driving, wew wouldn't even mind getting a 2nd hand one. Umm...lets say the VTEC ![]()

| there is nothing special about the accent or the lancer ... when you dont have a budget restriction go for the NHC CVT .. the car is for your sister right ? does she like any specific car ? most women drivers do prefer the Auto trans ...NHC is a nice comfy car, neat interiors ,easy to drive returns a good mileage very refined ...

| Super-Admin | NHC. Or the Optra 1.6. Well within the budget too. Of the two, I'd prefer the Optra. But your sister may like driving the city more. GTO

| The choice is very wide & it will be difficult to fine tune if kept open. One option is to give the details about usage and expectations, which will help to filter out most of them. You said that you sis wants something small, hence you can straight away remove out the cars in other segments. |
