Congrats Behram - I'm sure its a decision you wanted to make. Do give a shout if any contemporary SUVs sporting a common-rail diesel and usable 4x4 system are to become available in the near future!

Behram sir, you will not stop at nothing, your immense knowledge about the products you have developed over the years is very shocking. It sometimes Amazes me when you recite part numbers on a Premier cars.. a company you have left decades ago. Shows your commitment and passion you possess.

You had once told me "Most of my friends work at TATA" so my guess its TATA Bye Bye to M&M and TATA WELCOME to TATA's

All the Best in your future en devours...

We are waiting with Bated Breath...............

Congratulations Sir !

Heard the news from "chiranjeevi" (not the film star).

Best wishes on a new "K Block" and more. We trust that you will bring us new products and more exciting technology on the market.

Since we may now get the opportunity of seeing you more in 'wild cats' and trucks and busses we do wish you the best in your new opportunity.

Warm Regards

MM

Congratulations DB Sir !

I wish you all the very best. If you are really going to be where it is rumored, you are going to be, I would be one happy 4X4 SUMO (or other similar) owner in a few years. Probably the best investment the T company made of late!

Congrats!! I hope you get to work on a affordable rear wheel drive car with good dynamics where-ever you go. (say : A rear-drive modern Fiat!)

Congratulations Behram. Here's wishing you all the very best.

Does that also mean you will be working closely with your favorite marquee?

Congratulations Sir. Finally we will have someone to ping in time of extreme crisis! On the other hand, hope that my trust in the Tata's will get stronger with you joining them. I do expect to keep my 3 Tata vehicles for a long time.

Congratulations Behram sir.

This is indeed a great news for a TATA fan. AFAIK first it was Sudhir sir and now it's you. The Head Hunters at TATA MOTORS are doing a good job, I am eager to see more capable and refined versions of Xenon, Safari and Sumo in next few years.

I was looking for someone in TML to share my experience of owning the Xenon so that they can incorporate the changes in the next version.

My first reaction was like

Had a chance to interact with Mr. Dhabhar during the 2010 SAEINDIA Baja.
Great experience, got to learn many things.
Wished that I had a chance to learn something more from him.

I don't think it would be Force Motors for Mr. Dhabhar
Could be Tata or how about Fiat.
May be its SSangyong.
Looks we need to have a new thread with a poll

By the way, Mr. Dhabhar does that mean you will no longer be motivating young students in events like Baja? (considering Mahindra is one of the sponsors for the events). It would be a great loss for new students, if thats the case.

Regards,
Shoeb

So is it Tata or Maruti or someone else?

I haven't interacted with you, Mr. Behram, though I have read many of your posts with keen interest. I really appreciate the enthusiasm displayed by you in joining a community like this and offer your wisdom and insights to the novices and experts alike. If more people did it, I guess we would have better quality products and services already.

My humble wishes to your new journey!

With B.D.'s 4x4 experience and the fact that Tata bought Land Rover not too long ago, it follows that B.D. will....work for Maruti.
