Poets Of The Fall will be playing at Hard Rock Bangalore this month. Tickets are 1.5k.

Apart from a few songs (Carnival Of Rust, Lift, Late Goodbye), I haven't heard much of them. Can't call them heavy metal, but it's something.

Don't see this gig on the Hard Rock site. Where can we get tickets? Yup, though POTF aren't a metal band, they have some good tight songs. Good band. Would love to check it out.

A birdie told me that they're going to perform some day between the 20th and the 30th of this Month. I will try and get some more information on this. I'm keen on attending this gig.

EDIT: Here you go Naveen http://www.poetsofthefall.com/tourdates/ It's on the 22nd.

Anyone listen to Omnium Gatherum ? I heard this band only this year, been listening to one of their albums since - New World Shadows, and have become one of my most favoured bands.

And Korn are playing at Clark's Exotica or someplace? With permissions for concerts at Palace Ground being removed, we will have to travel longer distances for these concerts.

I haven't had one in few months or a year and am set for that one.
BUT for one 'small' thing I have to do starting a week before Slayer.

Testament should join in since that's what it was supposed to be last year, right?
After BOA, I hope this gig has a bigger crowd though and is somewhere accessible.

@Abhay

My estimate is atleast 10-15k people for Slayer. They're much bigger and popular than Kreator / Iced Earth. Plus the entire marketing, branding and promotion for Bangalore Open Air was very amateurish. That's what killed it.

Testament's new album is out, anybody tried it yet? Also news that Wintersun's long awaited album Time (aptly titled!) is out in Oct.

btw just got Rush R30 dvd, it's fantastic as was expected.
Also got Blind Guardian's Imaginations through the Looking Glass. Amazing show.
