Ah! That well remembered killer voice, the guitars and not to mention the drums being pummelled by a 60+ guy!

Time to sink in and get drenched. Up the Irons!

Album is out on iTunes. And I am listening as I write this!

Wont say anything about the album today, but just listen in an infinite loop for some time.

PS: Not to mention, cool artwork as usual. Wait, not cool, but a fantastic one!

After listening to the new Maiden album endlessly on my drives and walks, one thing is very clear. These guys don't like to live in their past glory. They keep coming up with newer stuff and also like to play them live as compared to their older stuff.

On to this album: All I can say is one just does not know how those 90 minutes pass. The grand finale "Empire of the Cloud" is an amazing treat starting with a piano. The guys are in killer form. This is a way better album than the previous one (The Final Frontier). Also this album looks like they have taken their post 2000 musical journey to a crescendo with Bruce's second innings starting with Brave New World.

Not to overpraise the album there are some weak points too in my opinion. But they are far outweighed by the good stuff.

Just wanted to share this link - the entire album is pure magic. Weirdly not many takers for this band.

Thanks for the video link, great intro guitar/drumming. I have heard some Wintersun tracks before, they're very good indeed.

So Slash is in town on Nov 14th with Myles Kennedy - http://www.meraevents.com/event/mtvi...lash-bengaluru

I had booked tickets on Thu and they were at 1000/- each - but now, they have hiked the prices! Lucky!

Would be a nice band - Myles Kennedy!

Axl rose/GnR fans should check this one out. A old song of front man Rose when he was part of the band Rapidfire. This ones called "closure".
