I often wonder how these bloopers end up in the papers. I don't know what the process is at these publications and who finally signs off on the contents, but I do know the people who work there are they are as much a car guy as the next member here, so the chances of them messing up in such a manner would be minimal.

Times Drive? More like Times Drivel. IIRC they published a photo of a Ferrari and had caption "Lambo to cost Rs Xcrore".

Also if you notice, the classified ad column for the mondeo has been titled as ford mondea for the past few weeks.

Our forum does not allow short replies but this one had to be short but a shocker ....ARE YOU SERIOUS THEY DID THAT? Well not being in India obviously I don't get to read this paper but come on. I'm sure the person who approves this to be printed thinks "what would the people know about these exotic cars/bikes". And imagine a chopper hitting 290 o my lord my gixxer would come close to it.

I think most people know only to take the Classifieds section seriously.

I came quickly to this thread thinking apna Samu is now writing a column in Times Drive. This is about some silly movie star. So sad.

By Mantralaya if he meant the Vidhan Soudha, and assuming 250kms was a typo for 250 metres, it's eminently possible.
