I also had this in mind from many days.
Now whenever I see a flashing light behind me in traffic and if I don't see any reason for his flashing, I flash my rear fog lamps back to the other car.
After this I just hope it was a spotting and he has seen me flashing back and check this thread.
But till now none of these flashing and flashing back things involving my car have been reported on this car.

But if you don't have rear fog lamps or if you have time, confirm that its a spotting and then either wave or pull over to the roadside if you can.

If flashing your lights is an indication of a spotting, I have been spotted virtually every day, usually by sweaty guys driving Indicabs

Seriously though, it's a tough call how to communicate to another driver that you've spotted him. There were some suggestions earlier on in this thread but they fizzled out. I frankly feel uncomfortable honking and flashing lights at some poor guy just because he sports the stickers!

A 'thumbsup' is the usual standard i guess. Maybe a wave or a honk back also works

I'll keep a lookout for your figo. my ride is a black linea. Its usually parked at home on weekdays. I am forced to take the bike to office, due to the cursed marathahalli traffic. Try spotting the car at my home just a 100 metres radius around that red palio.

I was finding a place to park near C-Block market to visit the ATM - for taking out cash to pay a traffic challan. I was on the last day of my three month period having been radar'd overspeeding at 70.3 kmph on Rajesh Pilot Marg at 14:03 on Diwali day! Since then I am driving with the speed limit warning at 50 kmph enabled.

I frequent the area so I'll keep a sharp look out for the Black Fusion. Thanks for spotting.

Agree with you 100%. I apologise for the inappropriate words not befitting this forum... a result of guilt masquerading as jest.

Post being challaned I am much more sober on city roads, driving with speed warning on at 50 kmph.
